Job Description

Undertake general secretarial duties, setup meeting (include virtues), planning and scheduling, booking trip and redeem points, purchase gift and merchandise, research and work well with others secretary.

Education

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in liberal arts from a reputable university

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years

Other

  • Thai Nationality

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai

  • Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point a must

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven secretarial experience

  • Able to write correspondence and notes from dictation or tapes with speed and accuracy

  • Must have systematic filing and efficient record-keeping abilities

  • Secretarial college graduate, or related field or higher degree
