Mr. Varut Bulakul, Chief Executive Officer of The Brooker Group Public Company Limited (BTC), highlighted that Brooker recorded net profit of THB 135 million on total revenue of THB 670 million in the second quarter of 2026, amid continued volatility in global financial markets. Key contributors included revenue from the sale of digital assets and improved returns on financial assets. The Company maintained a strong financial position and remains well positioned to support future growth and business expansion.

As of the end of the second quarter of 2026, Brooker had total assets of THB 3.511 billion, cash of THB 934 million and strategic assets totaling THB 1.363 billion. The debt-to-equity ratio stood at 0.34 times, reflecting strong liquidity and low leverage, and providing a solid foundation to support the Company’s future growth.

Brooker’s revenue and profit structure comprises two components. The first is core operating income, which includes fees from Business Consulting, structured finance income and platform-related fees. The Company aims to increase the contribution of recurring and more predictable revenue.

The second component comprises income and returns from digital assets, venture capital funds, structured credit and securities. Given their exposure to market movements, Brooker manages these assets with a strong focus on maintaining liquidity, mitigating concentration risk and applying disciplined portfolio management.

Mr. Varut stated that Brooker’s business structure has become more clearly defined under the three-engine growth strategy, comprising Business Consulting, Fund Platform and Investments. Each business supports the others in generating revenue, expanding opportunities and enhancing value for the Company.

Business Consulting generates revenue and strengthens client relationships through structured finance and related services. The Fund Platform focuses on developing scalable products and supporting the growth of recurring revenue. Investments generate returns, provide liquidity and create business opportunities within a disciplined portfolio management framework.

“Brooker has more than 30 years of experience in business consulting and extensive expertise in managing complex transactions. Today, together with our global network of technology partners, we are building on this foundation to become Thailand’s gateway to global capital and technology through our three core businesses: Business Consulting, Fund Platform and Investments. Our aim is to develop services, products and business opportunities tailored to Thailand and the ASEAN region, while growing recurring revenue and creating long-term value for the Company” Mr. Varut said.
