For planning and developing all IT systems in the company, ensure IT support functions and appropriately staffed to match the direction of the company, establish IT policies and procedures to maximize IT efficiency and security, preparation and control of the annual IT system budget, handle IT purchase procedures and maintenance service, handle IT office lay out.

Ensure IT systems efficient support and meet the business needs, recommend and work with consultants to address IT infrastructure issues and users problem and necessary improvements, manage and resolve IT related problems or issues, study new business system requirements and propose IT solutions, gather information on division needs/issues and to propose IT solutions to fulfill those needs/issues.

Integrate IT into the corporate strategy and business plan and vision of the company. Experience with cloud base applications that improve productivity. Specially have familiar with AI productivity software for work flow automaton.
